At Shawnee State University, we recognize the dedication and hard work of our pre-OT track students. That’s why we are proud to offer preferred admission into our MOT program for students who maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Apply for Admission

 Early acceptance into the MOT requires:

1. Progressing through one of the Pre-MOT tracks at SSU

2. Maintain a GPA of 3.5 or high

3. Complete 20 volunteer hours with a licensed Occupational Therapist. Volunteer evaluation form must be completed by an OTR/L and submitted to SSU Graduate School.

4. Apply by the end of your junior year.

Bachelor’s to Master’s 3+2 Program

This specialty 3+2 degree offers a baccalaureate in the study of health and occupation and upon successful completion in three years you will be admitted into the Master of Occupational Therapy program.
