The Information Technology Services department offers the linked policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure that campus standards are enforced as well as to better serve the IT needs of the campus. All policies and procedures are formal SSU Board of Trustee approved. The Departmental Guidelines are intended as a list that addresses the everyday issues and practices of the department but is not intended to provide a complete list of all possible scenarios.
