Operated by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation. This program helps veterans, service members and military spouses find employment by having state and local chambers and their partners hold job fairs across the nation.

Department of Defense

Provides employment opportunities for veterans. They will have access to job fairs, maps showing available positions and tips on job applications.

Ohio Means Veteran Jobs

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services website provides information and tools to assist in the transition to civilian life. The resources include a list of veteran friendly employers, job search capabilities, resume writing and a military to civilian skills translator, information on Federal and State benefits.

Veterans’ Employment and Training Services

Assists America’s veterans and separating service members by preparing them for careers, providing employment resources and expertise, and protecting their employment rights. They prepare America’s veterans, service members and their spouses.

Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment

Services may be provided to assist Veterans in starting their own businesses or independent living services for those who are severely disabled and unable to work in traditional employment. They provide services for benefits, education, loans, health resources, job search.

Helps decipher, organize and translate military skills towards a degree/career.
