Departments needing to add network connectivity should submit an IT Support Form to communicate the department's needs. The ITS network team will evaluate the request and will let the department know if any costs will be incurred by fulfilling the request.
Some projects may require the purchase of hardware, external contractors, and/or the efforts of the SSU Facilities Department. Any charges incurred to complete the request will be the responsibility of the department.
ITS will work with these entities and provide the department with a detailed quote before any work is authorized. ITS will oversee all infrastructure-related projects to ensure that standards are being adhered to, to resolve issues, and to ensure completion.
