Online Orientation for Spring 2025

Orientation is required for all incoming degree-seeking students at Shawnee State University.

Follow the steps listed below to register for orientation:

  1. Sign up for orientation and complete this short survey to help your academic advisor find the best schedule for you: Orientation Registration and Advising Survey
  2. After registering for orientation and completing your survey, complete the orientation session here: Online Orientation
  3. Submit your orientation fee: Pay Orientation Fee
  4. Complete your FAFSAsubmit any verification documents if requested, and ensure your financial aid or your first payment is in place by the first tuition payment deadline.

After you have completed your online orientation session, this is what happens next:

  1. Your academic advisor will reach out to you through your SSU email to schedule a Zoom meeting to help you with your schedule.
  2. After you have registered for classes, you can come to the campus at your earliest convenience to pick up your student ID card in the Student Business Center located in Morris University Center on the second Floor (Campus Map).
