Shawnee State University will be operating on Summer Schedule the week of July 1–5.
The University will be open Monday–Wednesday, July 1–3 and classes will operate as scheduled. Most offices, however, will be closed or operating with limited staff.
The University will be closed Thursday and Friday, July 4 and 5, in observance of the Independence Day holiday, and no classes will be held.
Admissions and the Student Business Center will be closed July 1–5. Access to the MySSU student portal – including registration, payment plan, student billing, and financial aid – will be available throughout the closure.
Clark Memorial Library will be closed July 1–5, but 24-hour access to the Bear Cave will be available all week.
The IT Service Desk can be reached by submitting an IT Support Form July 1–3. If the issue for which you are requesting service impacts an active in-session class, please state that in your form. Non-urgent requests and those received July 4–5 will be addressed the following week.
All university offices will reopen on Monday, July 8.
