Stallworth made his path from a QA Analyst to an Associate Game Designer at Naughty Dog within a year’s time. Since then, he’s been on the Multiplayer team and has gotten to display his skills in player mechanics and combat systems, several of which have become a core part of gameplay for games such as “The Last of Us” and “Call of Duty: Warzone”.

Stallworth’s believes that players need information which is accurate, quick, and easily digestible in a moment’s notice. He emphasizes the need for players to have intuitive mechanics that feel natural to use. Reaching a harmony between the two elements is his goal and the foundation of his designs and implementations.
