Shawnee State University’s Graduate Center will offer an online Graduate Workshop Credit this summer to those professional educators needing to earn graduate credits to maintain their licensure. Educators are able to complete up to four credits through SSU’s summer program at $130 per credit hour.

Course presentations include “Project-based Learning: Why now more than ever!” by Dr. Charles Kemp, “Motivation Madness” by Dr. Jodi Dunham, “Beginning to Understand the Science of Reading” by Dr. Sandi Beam, and “Rigor, Relationships, and Relevance – the New R’s of Education” by Dr. Kimberly Cassidy and Amanda Crabtree, MS.

Registration for each course credit must be completed by May 26, with the courses running June 1–July 31, 2021. The online application can be found online at bit.ly/ssu-onlinegraduateworkshop.
