A monthly series hosting a variety of entrepreneurs, the goal of the Entrepreneurial Journey Speaker Series is to educate and inspire innovators and inventors alike. This month’s speakers will be Chris Volpe, President of Multivarious Games and Tom Caprel, Founder of Hyperion Marketing.

The event is focused on early stage or future game developers that are either actively working on their first product or simply want to know how to obtain funding. The speakers will help answer questions while giving insights on how to effectively take developing games to the next level.

"Volpe and Caprel have years of gaming industry experience and are sure to offer an insightful panel discussion,” said Derrick Parker, Program Coordinator of the Kricker Innovation Hub. “Students will even be able to ask them direct questions and network with them after the event.”

Hosted virtually through Hopin, the event will feature a discussion with Volpe and Caprel, including an audience Q&A and time for individual networking between the speakers and the attendees. The virtual platform allows participants to be involved with panelists and other attendees through polls, session rooms, and other engaging activities to stimulate the experience of an in-person conference. Registration for the event is available on the Shawnee State University Kricker Innovation Hub Facebook page.
