Shawnee State University’s Clark Planetarium will host a Solar Eclipse Watch Party on Monday, Apr. 8 for campus and the community to attend.
]Starting at 1:30 p.m. and lasting until 4:00 p.m., the event will feature a livestream of the National Aeronautics & Space Administration’s (NASA) eclipse feed in the Clark Planetarium, located in the Advanced Technology Center.
Weather permitting, the planetarium will set up telescopes for live, safe viewing of the eclipse on the Student Resource Hub Lawn. Planetarium operators will be on hand to answer any eclipse-related questions. The community is encouraged to come and go as they like throughout the event.
