Work order Requests

For normal Custodial work order requests, please email Needs@shawnee.edu

For normal Maintenance and Utility work order requests please go to Facilities page and click on Submit Work Request (step by step instructions can be found on Facilities page under Forms)

For Custodial, Maintenance, and Utility normal, emergency, or after hours requests please contact the following numbers:

  • During normal business hours (M-F 8 am–5 pm):

  • After hours (M–F 5 pm–8 am and Weekends):
    Call Security at (740) 351-3243 or (740) 351-3232   

We have Maintenance and Utility staff on site daily M–F 7am–10:30 pm and Custodial staff on site M–F 5am-midnight.
