Do you live in Scioto, Lawrence, Adams, Pike, Jackson or Ross Counties in Ohio – or Greenup, Boyd or Lewis Counties in Kentucky? You could be eligible for Free Tuition at Shawnee State! Students who qualify for federal Pell Grants, have a high school GPA of 3.0 and ACT score of at least 18 are eligible.

Freshman or Transfer Application
Use this application if this is your first time attending college as an undergraduate student or if you are going to transfer from another college or university.

Use this application if you are applying for a selective degree program, like one of our health science programs or musical theater.

Use this application if you are interested in a certificate/non-degree program at Shawnee State University OR a student visiting from another institution to transfer courses back to your home institution.
