OIT offers multimedia audio/visual equipment for loan on a reservation basis. To reserve equipment, please call (740) 351-3256 or complete the online reservation form.
It is strongly recommended that reservations be made at least 24 hours prior to use.
In the event of equipment failure during work hours, contact the OIT Public Service Counter at ext. 3256 to secure a replacement.
To meet the needs of the campus, OIT staff carefully track the time and location of use of all equipment and ask that equipment not be moved without our knowledge.
Equipment that has been checked out from OIT and designated SEMESTER LOAN (identified with a yellow tag), should not be removed from the designated room.
Media Services provides services to faculty, staff, and students. Typical production requests consist of duplication of audio and/or audio visual programs.
A nominal $2.00 fee is charged for all productions. If a particular media format is to be transferred on to materials provided by OIT those costs will be added to the production fee.
If materials are supplied for the transfer, only the production fee will be charged.
$1.00 per CD/DVD. (Video/Audio/Data) DVD provided by OIT.
Any changes to media originals constitutes additional editing fee of $10/hour – One hour minimum.
OIT will not duplicate materials that hold a copyright unless written consent from the production authority can be produced.
Access equals success in the information age. The OIT distance learning facility, located in room 110 of the Clark Memorial Library, offers the most current technology available.

Library Classroom 110 can be configured to accommodate the needs of the user. It can serve as a receive site as well as a point of origin for instruction. The traditional lecture configuration allows the classroom to seat twenty (20) comfortably.
