Campus Counseling Services offers a variety of skill building and experiential workshops focused on issues that often occur among college students. These workshops are free and open to all university enrolled students. Workshops are 50 minutes and are limited to 12 members.

Beating Depression

Come play with pipe cleaners and build a neuron! Beating Depression is a psycho-educational workshop providing information on symptoms of depression, challenging myths, function of anti-depressants in treatment and how depression affects the neurotransmitters of the brain.
