Each apartment includes 4 double bedrooms, large living room, 
kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and two full baths.

There is ample parking adjacent to the University Townhouses.   
All units have cable television service provided and are air conditioned.  
Telephone and computer network available. The Townhouses are one 
block from the University Center and the Dining Facilities.

University Townhouses 2008-2009 Fees:

**Private Rooms are only available if space permits.


Meal Plans

19 meals per week - $1416 per semester (required for ALL Freshman students)

15 meals per week - $1324 per semester

12 meals per week - $1170 per semester

Additional Housing Fees:

COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM FEE: $102 per semesters fee per resident.
The Communications System Fee consists of cable, telephone, and Internet services.
