Charles E. Schell Foundation (Schell Loan)

The Schell Foundation has provided Shawnee State University with limited funding that may be granted as an interest free loan to students who, after exhausting all traditional avenues of financial aid, have demonstrated special circumstances exist which may hinder the student from continuing to further their education. Specific eligibility criteria must be met including US citizenship.
