Receiving Aid

Once you have completed all requirements for your aid, your aid will be disbursed. All types of aid (grants, loans, scholarships) are applied directly toward your account with the exception of Federal Work Study. All Federal Work Study funds are paid to you directly by paycheck based on the number of hours you work.

If your aid exceeds the charges on your bill, your aid will be released to you through a refund check. For more information contact the university's Bursar's Office. If your financial aid does not pay your bill in its entirety, you are responsible for the balance. There are many payment options available to you.
