            The Women’s Center at Shawnee State University is organizing a drive for the Stepping Stones House, a local agency for women for the prevention and treatment of alcoholism and drug addictions. The center will be accepting donations of cleaning products for the house.
            “They have quite a wish list and we thought we would help with the cleaning supplies,” said Roberta Milliken, director of SSU Women’s Center. “Any and all kinds of cleaning supplies are needed. It doesn’t matter about brands.”
            Several drop-off locations around the campus at SSU are available including:
            • Women’s Center, Massie 019;
            • Library Director’s Office, Room 206;
            • Center for Professional Studies Dean’s Office, Health Science Building;
            • Vern Riffe Center for the Arts, Room 309;
            • Office of Counseling and Psychological Services, University Center Suite 210;
            • James A. Rhodes Athletic Center, Athletic Office;
            • Kricker Hall Department of Business, Room 101; and
            • ATC Upward Bound Math Science Center, Room 253.
            “We’ve had a number of drives in the past and they have been very successful,” Milliken said. “I’m hoping this one will be also.”
            The center will be collecting donations from Monday, Aug. 31 through Friday, Sept. 11.
