International students at Shawnee State University had a reception to "Meet and Greet" fellow students, faculty and staff during International Education Week in November.
Refreshments were dishes prepared from recipes the international students submitted that Sodexo Dining Services prepared from several different countries including meatballs from Germany, samosa from Pakistan, biscotti from Italy, eggrolls from Honduras, pirozhki and beef cheburek from Russia and baleadas from Honduras. Teas from Kenya and China were served as well as hot chocolate from Great Britain.
