Professor Stylianos Hadjiyannis, Ph.D., left, and Associate Professor Andrew Feight, Ph.D., both in Social Sciences at Shawnee State University, presented a program for Constitution Day on Monday, Sept. 19. Feight introduced the program and Hadjiyannis presented "The 1973 War Powers Resolution Act; From Vietnam to Libya" program. The event was sponsored by the Office of the Provost.
