            Shawnee State University will be offering three real estate courses, including Real Estate Principles and Practices, Real Estate Law, and Real Estate Finance and Appraisal from September 14 through November 17.
            Real Estate Principles and Practices is the introduction of real estate economics and administration. Real Estate Law includes the law of agency as applied to real estate brokers and salesmen, law of fixtures, estates, conveyancing of real estate, real estate managers, license laws of Ohio, zoning, cooperatives and condominiums.
            Real Estate Finance and Appraisal analyzes real estate finance, including lending policies in finance transactions in residential, commercial and special purpose properties.
            The tuition fee for an individual course is $399. The tuition fee if participating in all three courses is $999. Textbooks are available in the Shawnee State University bookstore.
