First Cohort of Master's Degree Students Graduate at SSU

The first cohort of master's degree students at Shawnee State University graduated at the Spring Commencement on May 6. The first graduates received their master's degrees in Curriculum and Instruction, designed to enhance their professional skills in the classroom. The students were honored at a Graduation Reception on Thursday, May 5 at the Clark Memorial Library's Flohr Lecture Hall. In the photo from left, are Kenneth Carlson, Ed.D., associate professor and graduate program facilitator in Teacher Education, Marissa Wilson, Debbie Mauk, Coleen Kosan, Deborah Davis, Crystal Carpenter, Erin Bushek, Paula Baumgardner and Paul Madden, chair and assistant professor in Teacher Education.
