            Dr. David Todt, provost at Shawnee State University, presented Ginnie Moore, director of University Outreach, her 25-year service pin at Fabulous Friday opening where Todt was the keynote speaker. Fabulous Friday conference is an annual event for child care providers and early childhood educators. University Outreach coordinates and organizes the event.
