            Scioto County resident and Shawnee State University alumna Kay Stockham recently released her 10th novel and fifth in a series, “Tulanes of Tennessee” with Harlequin Superromance. “She’s the One” received a four-star rating from “Romantic Times” Book Reviews. Reviewers have called the series “spectacular,” “fresh and unique” and “absolutely brilliant.” She visited the University Book Store for a book signing where Sharon Messer, left, academic secretary in Natural Sciences, had Stockham autograph her book.
