BOOKSTORE CHARGE PERIOD
Beginning Summer Semester:
Students must complete the Financial Aid Authorization allowing for
the use of "financial aid" to cover the bookstore charges.
This must be completed prior to being able to charge at the
bookstore. The authorization is located in MYSSU on the
Financial Aid tab.
Students with a credit balance (-$.$$) on their bill (as determined
below) can charge books
at the bookstore starting:
Summer Full Semester 2013
- May to
May 24, 2013
Summer Second Session 2013
- June 24 to June 26, 2013
Fall Semester 2013
- August 5 to August 23, 2013
Spring Semester 2014 -
December 16, 2013 to January 10, 2014
A credit line will be the actual credit balance or $2,000 which
ever is less. Other restrictions may apply.
Students who have agencies paying for their
books, please identify the agency funding you to the cashier prior
to purchasing your books. This will help avoid charges being applied
to your student account which reduces your financial aid refund, if
applicable.
