BASICS Department - FREE to Adult Students 18 And
Older

- Brush up for College
- Literacy tutoring (by arrangement)
If you did not graduate from high school and want to change the
direction of your life, you can do it by coming to BASICS to put the
"finishing touches" on your education. Whether you need to get your
GED to qualify for a better job, brush-up for college, or you just
want to improve basic math and reading skills, come to BASICS.
The BASICS (Basic Adult Skills in a College Setting) Department is
located in the ATC Building, 2nd floor rear. Morning classes are
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and evening classes
are Tuesday/Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We offer individual,
small and large group, as well as computer based learning
experiences.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. New classes
begin every week and you can register any time by calling
740-351-3325. Special arrangements will be made for the employed
and literacy students .
