cruised to an American Mideast Conference Tournament
Championship and earned an automatic bid to the NAIA
National Championship. This is the first AMC Volleyball
Tournament Championship in Shawnee State history. Shawnee
State dominated most of the championship game as they
defeated Ohio Dominican in three sets by scores of 25-13,
25-23, 25-13. Becca Day led the Bears with 15 kills and
added 6 digs in the match. Jamie Turrill had 10 kills, 13
digs, and 2 blocks, and Heather Koehler added 10 kills
respectively. Haley Halcomb set up 42 assists and had 14
digs. Tiffany Dailey added 24 digs in the match.
