Shawnee State golf team finished 5th out of
10 teams at the American Mideast Conference Championship as
they tallied a team score of 943. Malone won the event with
a team total of 880. Justin Lower won the match he tallied
a three round score of 215 (72-69-74). Bryan Spille led the Bears with a 5th
place finish and an overall score of 223 (75-74-74) earning
him All-AMC honors. Cody
Robbins finished 16th as he shot 233 (80-76-77)
for the event. Nathan Brandenburg scored 241 (79-81-81),
while R.D. Erwin accumulated a score of 247 (82-85-80).
Isaiah Keller rounded out the scoring for the Bears as he

April 20 - 21 @ Cedarville Invitational |
|
Shawnee State placed 9th out of 11 teams at the
Cedarville Invitational with a team score of 687.
University of Cumberlands won the Cedarville Invitational as
they shot 610 as a team. Leading the Bears was Bryan Spille who
shot a two-day score of 165 (89+76). Cody Robbins shot 168
(78+90), while R.D. Erwin posted a score of 176 (86+90).
Nathan Brandenburg accumulated a two-day total of 181 (91+90)
and Charlie Cooper rounded out the scoring as he shot 182
(95+87). |

April 17 @ OSU-Lima |
|
Shawnee State finished 5th out of 15 teams at the
OSU-Lima Invitational. Shawnee State shot an overall score
of 310. MU Hamilton won the event as they shot 303.
R.D. Erwin led the Bears as he shot 74 on the day. Cody
Robbins shot 77 and Nathan Brandenburg scored a 79.
Rounding out the scores, Bryan Spilled posted an 80 and Isaiah
Keller shot an 82. |

April 3 - 4 @ Purple and White Invitational |
|
Shawnee State finished in 4th place out of 8 teams with a
team score of 662 at the Purple and White Invitational hosted by
Capital University. Madonna University won the event with
a team score of 635. Heidelberg's Zack Koinis earned
medalist honors as he shot 153 (76+77) at the event. Bryan
Spille led the Bears with an overall finish of 4th as he shot
156 (80+76) on the two days. Cody Robbins posted a score
of 168 (89+79), while R.D. Erwin and Charlie Cooper each shot
170. Isaiah Keller rounded out the scoring for the Bears

Shawnee State Golf Team finished 9th out of 12 teams
at the Glenville State Icebreaker Golf Invitational.
The Bears tallied a two-day score of 665. Concord won
the event as they shot a 630. Bryan Spille led the
Bears as he tied for 22nd with a score of 163 (82+81),
followed closely by R.D. Erwin with a score of 164 (79+85).
Isaiah Keller shot a two-day total of 169 (85+84) and Cody
Robbins shot 170 (81+89) in the event. [Overall

Cedarville
University shot a 289 and 292 to capture the SSU
Invitational team title. Ohio Dominican was 2nd
as they shot 599 for the two-day event. Cedarville’s Trevor
Bowman earned medalist honors. Shawnee State finished 5th
out of 8 teams. Cody Robbins led the Bears as he shot 153
to finish in 9th place. Bryan Spille shot 158,
while R.D. Erwin and Nathan Brandenburg each carded 161 for
the two days. Isaiah Keller rounded out the scoring for the

Invitational |
|
Shawnee
State Golf Team finished 9th out of 14 teams at the Wheeling
Jesuit Invitational with a team score of 631. Clarion
University won the event with a team score of 598. Bryan
Spille led the Bears as he tied for 21st place with a score of
154 (79+75). David Mays (80+78) and R.D Erwin (79+79)
tied as they both shot a 158. Cody Robbins recorded a 162
(78+84) and Jesse Zimmerman shot a 168 (85+83). [Results]
