Physical Examination

Arranged through the Student Health Center (Free of Charge).  If arranged through private physician cost to be determined by the health care provider.

Hepatitis B Vaccine and TB test (PPD)

Arranged through the Student Health Center or private health care provider.

First Aid/CPR certification

If arranged through SSU EMTP program cost is $12.50.  If arranged on own through outside agency they determine cost.

Transportation to On- and Off- Campus Clinical Sites

You are responsible for your own transportation to your clinical assignments (gas, vehicle, etc.).

Clothing

You will be supplied with 2 Polo shirts and 2 T-shirts annually.  Additional clothing (jackets, shorts, pants, hats, etc), may be purchased if you wish at the cost of the supplier.  You are responsible to maintaining appropriate dress and decorum of the facility which you are assigned.

Athletic Training Supplies

All athletic training supplies (i.e.  fanny pack, first aid supplies,  scissors, tape,  stethoscope,  etc) are supplied to you as part of your lab fees.  Any additional supplies that you wish to purchase are up to you.
