The Service Team

The service module will enable a variety of constituents to access our Frequently Asked Questions and learn more about SSU in a brand new way. Current students, prospective students and their families, and community and educational partners will experience a more interactive and intuitive knowledge base with the ability to submit questions and chat live with university representatives. Staff will be able to monitor and respond to submissions quickly, track student interactions, identify trends and concerns, update and propose new FAQs based on responses from students, and create reports to help us learn more about our constituents’ needs.
